Ramesh is a CGA (Canada), CPA (USA), CA (India). Having been with Sierra for nearly 4 years, he was previously our Vice President of Finance and Operations. Ramesh has a wealth of executive experience as the CFO of numerous food companies in Canada and India, as well as senior financial positions in Indonesia.

Tom has been with Sierra for over 6 years as our Vice President of Sales, Business Development and Logistics. Tom has previously held senior sales and marketing positions at Maple Lodge Farms, Blue Goose Pure Foods, and PepsiCo Beverages Canada.

Sandeep possesses a background in mechanical engineering, accompanied by over 20 years of experience in plant and project management. Additionally, he holds a green belt certification from the Lean Six Sigma program. These qualifications collectively render him an expert in all facets of business operations.

Nabeel is a CPA (Canada), FCCA (UK) and holds a master’s degree in computer sciences and brings over 10 years of experience in the food industry, leading finance teams towards improving financial operations by introducing robust internal controls and processes through advanced technologies within complex dynamics.

Darren is the latest addition to the Sierra Executive Leadership Team. He is a career R&D leader with a proven track record at large Canadian food enterprises such as Maple Leaf Foods, Canada Bread Company, and Sofina Foods. Having led cross functional teams and multi-million-dollar projects in both further processing and raw spaces, Darren brings extensive experience in maximizing supply chain possibilities to create successful new businesses.

Dale has been with Sierra for over 3 years and has extensive experience in every facet of operating and managing a cold storage facility. He previously held senior Supply Chain & Logistics roles at Maple Leaf Foods & Gay Lea Foods.

Ismail is a seasoned Food Safety & QA professional with a graduate degree in Animal Production from Iowa State University and MSc. in Food Safety and Quality Assurance from the University of Guelph. Over his career he has managed FS & QA programs from slaughter operations to fully cooked food products.
Ismail has been with Sierra for 10 years now, starting as a Facility Manager and eventually leading our Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory program.

Hana is a CHRP (Canada), SHRM-SCP (USA), and holds an MBA from Drake University (IA, USA). Having been our Team Talent Culture Manager for 3 years after holding senior HR roles in Canada, USA and Jordan, Hana has overseen remarkable changes and growth in our company culture.People are the engine for our business. As Director, she leads all matters Team Talent and Culture related and drives business growth with Team Energy and Talent.
